How Does It Work?

Whatever your line of work, If you know that you will need an office space or workplace solution at some point (now or in the future) then we can help you. You can start with browsing our portfolio online to get some inspiration however we’re also on hand if you simply want to have a chat and tell us what you need. We’ll do the hard work for you – shortlisting options, arranging viewings and helping you find the right solution. We are there every step of the way.

How do I get in touch?

You can simply pop your details onto our enquiry form and ask us to give you a call at a convenient time. If you’ve seen something you particularly like from our online properties then you can also request a viewing. Alternatively, if you’d simply prefer a good old-fashioned chat then we’ll very happily come and visit you in person and talk through your criteria over a cup of coffee.

Will you share my details with anyone else?

Absolutely not – we will not pass your data on to anyone else. The personal information you submit to Cornerstone will be completely private and secure. In addition, you can choose to interact solely with the Cornerstone team for the entirety of your journey with us because we can manage negotiations on your behalf.

What are the costs?

Cornerstone does not charge a fee for finding you a co-working space, serviced office or flexible managed office. We offer a free and impartial service – with no obligation at any stage. We are representing you as our client and we will measure ourselves on your success. Our experience of the market means that we can negotiate the best deals on your behalf. We can help all businesses however big or small. We have successfully worked with start-ups and entrepreneurs right through to established global brands and large corporate organisations. We pride ourselves on working with individual needs, however niche. Some of the specialist industries we have supported recently are; record labels, charities, science organisations, recruitment agencies, fashion houses, media agencies and artists.

You name it – we can make it happen! From landmark, iconic, corporate spaces to trendy, hipster, boutique spots, we know how to find what suits you. We are seasoned in old school and new age. We understand how to deliver cost efficiency and practicality just as well as we recognise the importance of image, sophistication and impact.

How long is the commitment?

We work with you to find what is a tenure that suits your situation. Depending on your circumstance we will find a package that you are comfortable with. This could be the freedom of a flexible short to mid-term arrangement or the security of a longer fixed-term agreement.

How will the viewings work?

We are here at every step of the process. We will arrange viewings on your behalf and to make life easier we can even collect you from your current location and accompany you to the viewing. We can take you to see several options in one visit which will help you compare your options. At the viewings, you will have the chance to meet the premises representative, however you can choose to manage all your queries, questions and negotiations exclusively through us – we’re here to simplify the process for you. Some work-spaces will be occupied with the existing tenant and some will be empty spaces. In both instances, we will help you visualise the potential and weigh up the pros and cons.

Which geographical areas do you cover?

We cover the entire UK market – major cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow as well as more rural towns and locations.

If you’re not currently based in the UK but looking to set up here then we can give you additional advice and support.

How do i create my own shortlist?

For your ease you can use the heart icon to mark your property preferences and this will keep your favourites all in one place whilst you’re browsing. If you follow the simple steps to register a profile with us then we can send you a handy email reminder of your favourites. This list can also be edited each time you log-in. If you need any help with this process then simply get in touch and we can talk you through it.
